Mere Christianity
I do not really know what to write in review of this book. C.S. Lewis wrote it during the 2nd World War. It originally was a series of radio addresses that he later compiled into a book and changed a little to make more sense for a novel. He was trying to explain how Christianity is the way to go and if you are a "true" christian, you will be a good person. It had some wonderful and inspiring chapters in the book, whether you believe in God or not. I especially liked the chapter about Hope. I would suggest this book to all. It had wonderful messages, but by no means is an easy or fast read. It took me a long time to read and isn't really a page turner. I enjoyed it, but would have enjoyed it more had I also been reading a more exciting book at the same time.
